To protect the health and integrity of your natural lashes, our salon follows a strict Full Set–Refill cycle policy.
After your initial Full Set, you may book one Refill appointment.
Following that refill, a new Full Set is required.
Why?
- Adhesive does not properly bond to layers of old adhesive
- Product buildup (makeup, oils, debris) affects retention
- Lashes grow out and become overextended, which can damage natural lashes
- Multiple refills compromise lash health and retention
Our priority is maintaining the health of your natural lashes and delivering high-quality, long-lasting results. For this reason, we do not perform continuous refills on top of previous adhesive layers.
Clients who prefer multiple consecutive refills without resetting the set may not be a good fit for our salon.
