• Building doors are secured. Please press Z button multiple times until you see “Yuli Lash” on terminal. Then press the CALL button for door to open.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and locating the studio. You must be inside the studio and seated at your station within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. Arriving at the building or waiting at the entrance does not count as arrival. A $50 late fee applies after 15 minutes.
  • No coffee before your appointment.
  • We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay. A 3% transaction fee applies to credit card payments. Cash is preferred.
  • No contact lenses.
  • No makeup/mascara/foundation near the eyes. (Removing mascara: +$10).
  • Refills: Lashes must arrive 100% clean — no dirt, oil, or mascara. (Cleaning dirty lashes: +$20). We reserve the right to deny service + keep the deposit if lashes aren’t clean.
  • Bring headphones to relax.
  • No children allowed.
  • No phone calls during the procedure.
