Refund Policy

Refunds are not given for allergic reactions (No exceptions). 

You may request to cancel your appointment for a full deposit refund, up to 24 hours before the date and time of the appointment. Rescheduling up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment deposit may be transferred to a different date/time (based upon availability). Cancellation and reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. 

Late Arrivals – more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time is considered a NO SHOW. In result of this your appointment will be cancelled and you will NOT receive a refund of your deposit. We ask for you to plan to arrive on time for your appointment. We do not wish to keep anyone waiting and operate on a set schedule. You agree to these terms upon booking your appointment.


Refill Policy

To protect the health and integrity of your natural lashes, our salon follows a strict Full Set–Refill cycle policy.

After your initial Full Set, you may book one Refill appointment. Following that refill, a new Full Set is required.

Why?

  • Adhesive does not properly bond to layers of old adhesive
  • Product buildup (makeup, oils, debris) affects retention
  • Lashes grow out and become overextended, which can damage natural lashes
  • Multiple refills compromise lash health and retention

Our priority is maintaining the health of your natural lashes and delivering high-quality, long-lasting results. For this reason, we do not perform continuous refills on top of previous adhesive layers.

Clients who prefer multiple consecutive refills without resetting the set may not be a good fit for our salon.
