  • Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and locating the studio. A $50 late fee will be applied if you are more than 15 minutes late.
  • No coffee before your appointment.
  • We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay. A 3% transaction fee applies to credit card payments. Cash is preferred.
  • No contact lenses.
  • No makeup/mascara/foundation near the eyes. (Removing mascara: +$10).
  • Refills: Lashes must arrive 100% clean — no dirt, oil, or mascara. (Cleaning dirty lashes: +$20). We reserve the right to deny service + keep the deposit if lashes aren’t clean.
  • Bring headphones to relax.
  • No children allowed.
  • No phone calls during the procedure.
